Abstracts:

Abstract submission is now closed

If you have sent a poster abstract and received a confirmation email from the organiser, thank you and this also means your poster has been accepted. Posters can be up to A0 in size.

Sponsorship Opportunities:

There are various sponsorship opportunities: exhibitor stands, banquet reception, whisky tasting, coffee breaks, lectures or providing prizes for posters. For more information on packages please email the organiser  Dr Janet Lovett .

General registration information:

Registration is now closed.

Registration for delegates includes all the full conference, abstract booklet, meals and coffee breaks from Monday 6th June evening to Friday 10th June lunchtime inclusive, receptions Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, Banquet with wine, followed by a Ceilidh on Thursday evening. Accommodation will be provided in the Agnes Blackadder Halls (postcode: KY16 9XW). Rooms are ensuite and contain a double bed. The Agnes Blackadder will also host breakfast and dinner (except the banquet) and is a 5-10 minute walk from the conference venue in the School of Physics and Astronomy (postcode: KY16 9SS)
