Accommodation will be split between Chancellors Hotel, Luther King House and the Willowbank Hotel, in order of receipt of bookings (Luther King House and the Willowbank Hotel are approximately 10-15 minutes walk from Chancellors Hotel and Conference Centre). Delegates will be informed in advance of the conference, which accommodation venue they will be staying at.

Deadlines
The deadline for both registration and abstract submission is 17 February.
The £50 surcharge for late registration applies from 17 February.
