Conference registration & abstract submission
Following an optional Sunday evening social event, the main conference will run from 9am on Monday 2nd June 2025 through to lunchtime on Thursday 5th June 2025. There will be a banquet dinner on Wednesday 4th June.
Registration includes attendance at all conference sessions, refreshments, lunches, and the Wednesday evening banquet.

Please note the deadline for submitting oral abstracts is Wednesday 16th April 2025, while the deadline for poster abstracts is Friday 2nd May 2025. In both cases, use this template in preparing your abstract.

Travel Bursaries
The Board of IES has kindly sponsored two travel grants of $750 each, for student / postdoc members of the IES to attend the conference. The grants will be given following an application. Instructions can be found on the IES website: IEPRS Upcoming Meetings.
