Talks should be 5 minutes less than their time slot to allow 5 minutes for questions. So Plenary speakers have 35 minutes to talk, Invited speakers have 25 minutes to talk, and contributed talk speakers have 15 minutes to talk. Prize lecturers will have been emailed with information on their talk time and there are no questions for prize talks.
Posters should be A0 size or smaller and preferably portrait orientation.

The conference registration desk will open at 3 pm on Monday 6th June in the at the Agnes Blackadder accommodation, check in to rooms is available from this time too.
There will be poster sessions throughout the week. The JEOL talks will be on Tuesday afternoon. The first talk will be Tuesday morning and the final will be just before lunch on Friday. The conference closes after lunch on Friday 10th June (1.30 pm).
